Delta Enterprise Dakota Convertible Crib Cider

not bad ! more confident than the storkcroft5

We bought this combo crimb set-up during that whole storkcroft recall period. One of the main reasons for purchasing was that there were no sliding rails in the crib area. Its sturdy it really takes about 2 people to safely put some of it together so you dont risk breaking anything. I haven't gone thru any of the conversion processes but as for a changing table and crib it rocks.

The only weird thing so far is the crib rail baby padding for the side walls/rails of the crib.. the baby taz/looney tunes one we bought happens to tie at the middle and ends of each side... the back side corner near the changing table/shelves area is made such that you cant tie something around it easily so we had to do it one rail shy of the corner and thus it has a kink/crease in it near the end. But the padding still sovers and protects from the rails.

^^^^^^ Hard to describe!! Wish I had the picture :) ^^^^^^^

Overall its a very very nice stable and sturdy crib. Really hard to beat it for the price and features. Definitely would recommend this to anyone expecting.More detail ...

Fisher-Price Zen Collection Gliding Bassinet

Nice not perfect needs improvement.2

I chose to buy this after doing a lot of research and reading a lot of reviews on various sites. Unfortunately I found a lot of reviews seem to gloss over the important to know flaws and focus on the not so important stuff. As a mom of three awaiting my fourth I have been around the baby product block MANY a time. The reviews I've read seem to make light of the noticable functionality flaws and make this product seem like a better buy than it really is no offense intended to other reviewers just my opinon.

Positives:

1) Nice looking overall; fabric is not cheap well put together (see cons as well)

2) Gliding motion works ok and the music is quite nice (see cons as well)

3) A sturdy product you don't worry about it falling apart with baby in it

4) An ok price for a FULL size BIG bassinet especially with free shipping. If it goes on sale for cheaper after you purchase it contact customer service for a price adjustment...Amazon is notorious for doing this! (see cons as well)

5) Large size is great for larger babies (like mine) who tend to outgrow smaller more portable size bassinets quickly.

Negatives:

1) (As another commenter mentioned) The sounds play only for a pre-set time then you have to hit the button again a remote would have been a good idea.

2) The gliding motion while it does glide is a bit noisy and a little less than smooth for my comfort level.

3) The colors overall are misrepresented in the picture. The legs appear black and some of the fabric appear a yellowish color. In actuality the fabric is a lime-ish green and all metal is brown and wood almost a cherry/ brown.

4) This is a very big and heavy bassinet. Measure your space before buying and compare to the measurements listed. It is not one you will want to bring up and downstairs but rather leave in one place.

5) While it has wheels to roll it around on one side of the legs they don't work very well and the legs scratched my laminate floor.

6) The mattress was my breaking point...it is stiff thin and hard. The included sheet is scratchy even after washing. I would most likely have purchased one of those foam inserts that help with flat head syndrome as I don't feel this mattress is at all adequate. Anyone who says the mattress is good comfortable or adequate...OY!? A serious oversight by Fisher-Price!

7) The fabrics do not come off easily in any respects. You will spend a lot of time unscrewing fabrics from the frame if you get anything on them and aren't happy with just wiping the stains with a cloth (think spit up poop explosions pet hair dustiness etc.)

Overall ok but just like in the past with other Fisher-Price products (and as I said this is my fourth baby and have been through MANY a product change) I am certain they will fix these issues and come up with an overall better product.

I sold this bassinet privately to someone who was a little more happy with it than I was and they got to see it in person/measure it and their space before buying it. I purchased something else; a large cradle by Green Tree Frog designs that came with a real Sealy mattress and gorgeous accessories that I love for a similar price on sale.

Hope this helps...More detail ...

Stork Craft Tuscany 4-in-1 Stages Crib Espresso

Picture does not do it justice...5

After shopping around for an affordable yet sturdy crib for my baby I came across this model after the $300 model I wanted was sold out. It was on sale for $149 at the time and I was somewhat skeptical about buying without seeing it first. After reading the reviews however I decided to take the chance. I was pleasantly surprised! The espresso color is just the right shade for my nursery and the crib is just beautiful. I received the item in perfect condition and setup was pretty quick and somewhat painless. The final result was a beautiful sturdy crib that compares well with the $500 models around. It doesnt seem to scratch easily although I cannot say how it will hold up when my little one starts chewing. I have leaned hard on it and it still holds up strong. And it grows with my baby which is most important. If you are hesitating on this model then don't. You'll be very happy with your purchase!More detail ...

Delta Shelby Crib and Changer Espresso

Crib Review4

It's as nice as I'd hoped but.... the one thing that urks me is the bottom draw on the bottom has no catch. Meaning it doesn't stay flush with the crib. It always falls back and its not noticed or i have to bend further to reach and pull it out. I need to buy an accessory to place in the back to keep it from disappearing on me. Otherwise its what I wanted.More detail ...

Graco Eco-Friendly Dakota Classic 4 in 1 Convertible Crib Dark Walnut

pretty crib5

I got this crib after lots of search on the internet.

The color is what I looked for: it's not too dark brown a little brighter than espresso in the picture.

And a design is very simple and it looks really really expensive. I love this.

The wood is sturdy and there is no scratch in any parts.

First time I got this crib from Amazon I found that one part of crib was broken.

It was because of careless of delivery.

Anyway I called Customer Service and they directly sent me a new one. It took just a few days.

I strongly recommend this to everyone who's looking for nice sturdy and gorgeous crib.More detail ...

Burlington Baby Bassinet Combo with Baskets White

Serves it purpose well5

i purchased two of these because i was having twins. these are especially great because they are versatile/unisex. the interchangeable ribbons were an added bonus for me because for the longest time i couldn't get a definite answer as to what sex my twins were going to be. i had a boy and a girl. the burlington bassinets were exactly what i needed. i was able to use both blue and pink ribbons. they are lightweight yet sturdy. easy to assemble- no need for tools. simple yet attractive and the two baskets you get (also with interchangeable covers or liners depends on how you use them) are quite roomy. plenty of space in them for several blankets or whatever. i also liked the fact that you can lock the casters in place or turn them in so you can rock your baby. these aren't the fanciest bassinets out there they don't have all the bells and whistles- but they do what they're supposed to do. besides your baby won't sleep in them forever. i used mine for less than two months. i recommend these if you aren't the particular type. but i have to tell you that i've seen the prices for these vary from store to store big time so i suggest shopping around and doing some research. i personally paid about $35 for each of mine at a miltary exchange store but there's a popular superstore with a website you can purchase these from close to that price.More detail ...

DaVinci Kalani Convertible Crib in Espresso

Solid crib with horrible finish.3

First the good. The crib is beautiful and it's very sturdy. The wood is great and I do love it. It is a little difficult for me because I'm short and the front doesn't go down but I also like it for the same reason. There are no moveable parts to pinch little fingers. I like how the whole crib doesn't move when my daughter jumps up and down.

But the finish is terrible. It scratches extreamly easily and there are teeth marks all up and down the rails. I scratched it on accident with just my fingernail. We are going to have to refinish it when my daughter is older.More detail ...
